While putting together our 2009 Team Vitamin Shoppe home page welcome letter I really struggled for the right words. Like all of you, each day I’m bombarded by the media with regard to the sorry state of our economy. That said however, I’m an optimist by nature and I believe that things will find a way of working themselves out in the long run.
Our economic woes ARE temporary. Team Vitamin Shoppe was founded to raise the money required to support the services and research needed to insure that MS is temporary!
Embracing a wellness lifestyle and a training program to help us all get ready for our MS bike ride or walk is the way we eradicate negative thinking and build the confidence we need to battle whatever life has in store for us.
Come join me and the over two hundred other optimistic health enthusiasts as we once again do something positive for others and for ourselves. Share the opportunity with your family, friends and co-workers. Let’s have some fun and leave the commiserating to the wishers! The ones who spend all of their time wishing things were different.
