Welcome to another edition of the Vitamin Shoppe’s “Cycling for Health” Program newsletter. In this issue, we get down to the basics of spinning, strategic planning for cycling success, fitness tips, and great resources for biking success!
In just a few short weeks, we will have our first group cycling runs as part of our new program. There will be opportunities to make new friends, get in the “groove” of cycling, and pick up practical tips from our bike marshals who will be leading these bike runs to get us ready for the May 20-21 “Coast the Coast” Bike Tour.
Just like our previous newsletters, you'll find great tips from outstanding websites. You'll also hear from a fitness instructor and her fiance's preparation for last year's bike tour.
